A small internal shift.

Hey folks.

This is not a simple success story.

In 2016, despite my resistance to anything related to "self-care," I tried yoga for the first time and fell in love with the physical practice.

One year later, my twin brother went missing during a vacation in Namibia, and despite worldwide support, he was never found. The grief was immense and I went back to work almost immediately, determined to work it out of my system.

Compounding stress from work-life events became roadblocks to living well and reluctantly realized that going through the motions was no longer working for me. I then learned how to utilize my body's intelligence to navigate my health in real-time. Listening to my internal experience, pausing when needed, and slowly choosing my next step became the practice.

For me, moving forward looked like asking for help, becoming a yoga teacher, and seeking trauma-informed approaches to support others working through difficult work-life events.

At the end of the day...I believe we all have the capacity to create the healthy life we deserve to live.

One choice at a time.

In other words: I’ve walked this path myself. I’ve studied the evidence. I’ve taught it to many. And I’m still learning.

How I Work

Three practices that guide everything

Not showing up with answers, but showing up with presence. Your body knows what it needs.

1

You’re in charge. You decide how you move, when to rest, and what wellness means for you.

2

This isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about accessing the resilience already within you, at your pace.

What I Won't Tell You

I won't tell you this fixes everything. Life is hard. And so is your work. What I will tell you: You are worth putting your health first.

Areas Of Focus

Identity & Purpose Exploration

Feeling lost or disconnected from yourself? Together we'll explore who you are beyond roles and expectations, helping you reconnect with your values and create a life aligned with your truth.

My Philosophy

You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.

This truth grounds my work. No matter what you've experienced, where you've been, or what mistakes you think you've made—today is always an opportunity to begin again.

Ember gave me permission to slow down and actually feel what I'd been running from for years. Her gentle but direct approach helped me see patterns I couldn't recognize on my own. I came in feeling completely lost, and now I have a clear sense of who I am and what I want. The clarity is everything.
